The things that trigger us in adult life often activate younger, wounded parts of ourselves. While awareness and understanding is an important part of healing, lasting change comes from working with the body and nervous system where these protective survival responses are held. This helps us realign the mind and create new safety and choice.

My monthly Somatic Release & Inner Child Healing Workshops combine somatic trauma therapy, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and inner child healing to support deeper, lasting transformation.
​
In a safe and compassionate space, you'll begin to understand what happens when you're triggered, reconnect with the younger parts of yourself that need care and compassion, and gently work with the protective survival responses that once helped you cope but may now keep you stuck.
​
As your nervous system begins to experience greater safety, you'll develop more capacity to respond with awareness, choice, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to your authentic self.

Workshop Format
These workshops are designed as a two-part journey. While each workshop can be attended individually, I recommend experiencing both parts together for a deeper process of healing and integration.
