Consistency & regularity is key to change. This is a pack of six 1-1 therapy sessions where we'll work somatically to explore unresolved trauma & suppressed emotion in the body to unravel & shift stuck patterns. We'll also align with the mind to reframe limiting beliefs & integrate your learnings, truths & new choices into your day-to-day life.

Showing up consistently gives the nervous system a chance to build trust, relearn safety & allow the mind to rewire patterns. It’s through regular connection & continuity that you can build momentum & see real, lasting change.

I take a therapeutic & trauma informed approach by combining somatic healing, nervous system regulation, breathwork & meditations to my coaching. While practical tools & frameworks are important, we also need to work with the emotional roots, unconscious patterns & parts of us that may be creating obstacles & holding us back. This integrative approach will encourage deeper transformation.

We'll go deeper than traditional talk therapy and work with the body and nervous system. These habitual patterns are often 'protective' and learnt in order to cope, survive and make sense of childhood or early adulthood experiences. They are rooted in unresolved trauma & suppressed emotions stuck energetically in our body and often the result of many of our thoughts and limiting beliefs holding us back. ​​
Through a compassionate, curious and integrative approach, we’ll get to know the different parts of you that felt overwhelmed, unheard, unseen, shamed, abandoned, alone, unable to express themselves or not free to BE themselves. We’ll learn what they need, what they weren't allowed or what they may have missed, and begin the process of reparenting and healing.
You'll gently untangle old survival strategies, reclaim your freedom of choice, and reconnect to your true, authentic self.
