ABOUT THE SESSIONS
Each month you'll experience 2 live, guided breathwork sessions by me:
1.😴 First Monday of each month at 9pm: Restorative Breath & Stretch to calm nervous system, down-regulate & improve sleep quality
2.💫 Last Monday of each month at 6.30pm: Release & Regulate to relieve stress, rebalance & offer emotional release & clarity. Each session will have a different theme.
